Tudor Towers

With a long and eventful history, Tudor Towers serve as a museum. It was built as a bath house between 1916 and 1918, with the intention of promoting Rotorua as a premier spa resort destination. In order to increase its waning popularity, the bath house was transformed into the museum that is seen today. This imposing timber-framed building has been erected in the Government Gardens, which is a geothermal area.
