While he was alive, many of his artist friends used this garden as muse for their creative works. One Australian artist had ended up staying here for five years, though initially he wanted to stay here only for five days. But you cannot afford to be like that artiste. Bawa is long dead and gone. And the garden is now under the supervision of a trust.
