With approximately 130 reproductions of some of the most noteworthy attractions in the world can be seen in Window of the World, which is located within easy reach of many a Shenzhen serviced apartment the likes of Ascott Raffles City Shenzhen. All the continents are represented, replication some of their iconic sites including the world’s greatest wonders, historical locations, and other scenic destinations.
History
The Window of the World was founded in the year 1993 and is owned by China Travel Service and Overseas Chinese Town.
Attractions
As you walk into this theme park, you’ll first see the exquisite Eiffel Tower that dominates the skyline. The resemblance would be uncanny. You’d also marvel at the other popular landmarks of Europe such as Notre Dame Cathedral and Buckingham Palace. You can also walk into other continents of the world and enjoy the special performances in them apart from admiring its beautiful landmark-filled landscapes.
Things to Know
This theme park will remain open from 9 am to 11:30 pm and you can drive on your own on a small cart and explore the park at your own space. It is possible to explore the entire theme park within half a day.
