01. Mahe North Island
This is the largest and main island of Seychelles, with most holidaymakers from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East arriving at Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) in Mahe, about 10km south of the capital city, Victoria. They invariably select one of the Seychelles Islands luxury resorts for their stay.
Avani Barbarons Seychelles, situated on Mahe Island, is a perfect choice for the first day, with its proximity to the stunning Beau Vallon Beach. The clear waters and vibrant coral reefs offer a treat for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts and beach lovers. For those who love nature, exciting hikes like Copolia Trail, an easy hike of about an hour one way, and Anse Major, a longer, medium-level hike of 2 hours one way. 02. Praslin Island

03. La Digue Island
La Digue Island can be visited on the third day either by ferry from Praslin or as a day trip from Mahe Island. It is the smallest of the main inhabited islands of Seychelles, covering 10 sq km and with just about 3,000 people. This offers a great opportunity to gain insights into the local culture and admire the picturesque beauty when you cycle around, as the best mode of travel on La Digue is by bicycle. Traditional ox carts are used as well. The best beach here is Anse Source D’Argent with pristine white sand and enormous granite boulders.
04. Curieuse Island
Curieuse is a small granite island lying only a few kilometres away from Praslin. Visiting this island to witness its unique biodiversity. The Curieuse Marine National Park is a sanctuary full of a variety of flora and fauna, including endemic birds, giant tortoises, and coco-de-mer. This can be done on the fourth day as a day trip from Praslin.
05. Mahe South Island, including Victoria
Keep exploring South Mahe Island until the final day, as your flight departs from Mahe Island. The capital city, Victoria, is a fascinating one, portraying modern buildings along with historical charm. Many boutiques, restaurants, and cafes may interest you here. A visit to the Craft Village is insightful and lends you a chance to pick up souvenirs. If you have time to spare, Anse Intendance and Anse Petite are two beautiful beaches to explore in Mahe South.
