Apart from it being a backpacker’s go-to destination, Khao San Road, or rather, the Khaosan Road is where you’d get to see a collection of everything from bizarre shops to pulsating bars. After sunset, this road in its entirety transforms into a nightclub along its length one kilometre.
“Khao San” can be roughly translated to “Milled Rice.” The street has gained this name due to its former status as a major rice market. Nowadays, it is a street that roars with people from all walks of life and is known to celebrate Thailand’s Water Festival most joyously as it’s possible.
It’s the ideal location to let go of yourself and party through the night during your stay at properties nearby such as Avani Atrium Bangkok.
