Cha-am Beach
Cha-am beach isn’t as developed as its neighbours in Hua Hin, but the beach isn’t any less beautiful either. Located approximately two hours from properties like Avani Atrium Bangkok, this beach has a relaxed vibe and you can rent a sun lounger to chill out to your heart’s content.
Ao Manao
Ao Manao, which translates as “Lime Bay” is a crescent-shaped beach that is nestled in Prachuap Khiri Khan about 4 kilometres south of Bangkok. Managed by the airforce, this beach is immaculate with blue-green waters rolling over its pristine sands.
Ko Samet
Being the nearest tropical island to the Thai capital, Ko Samet can be reached within three hours if you’re driving on a good traffic day. There are 15 beaches that anyone can access here. From having the time of your life with water sports and treating your taste buds to simply relaxing on the beach, there’s a lot you can do here.
Ko Kood
This is a beach that takes around 4.5 hours to access from Bangkok. It can be found near the border with Cambodia. An ideal spot for a weekend getaway, you will find beautiful stretches of white sand here that are fringed by thick tropical jungles.
