Getting There
This popular site can be found in Teluk Sengat in the district of Kota Tinggi; it is around 30 minutes from Desaru and properties the likes of Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas. Johor Bahru is about a 90-minute drive away, while the farm is open from 9:00am to 6:30pm on weekdays and till 7:00pm on weekends.
Beginning Your Visit
Spanning about 10-acres, the Teluk Sengat Crocodile Farm is the largest of its kind in the country. Before you enter here on a visit from your Desaru resort, you will receive a brief introduction by the staff and can learn some fascinating facts about crocodiles too.
What to Expect
Be prepared to be amazed by the sight of over 1,000 crocodiles! An ideal place to visit with family or friends, this attraction has a lake where many of the reptilian “stars” can be found. You have the chance to see feeding sessions as well as the farm’s oldest crocodile residents, some over a century old!
Getting Up Close
For a truly unforgettable experience, you can even hold crocodiles… don’t worry this is not some death-defying stunt! You can actually hold and take pictures with baby crocodiles under guided supervision which is bound to make for some truly amazing Insta posts as well.
