Rambutan

Kaju
Kaju, which is known as Cashew Apple, is a tasty fruit. The cashew nut that hangs just below the apple is widely used in a variety of foods – these include various cakes and curries.
Thambili
If you are visiting Ubuntu Beach Villas or other hotels in the South of Sri Lanka, you will likely receive this as your welcome drink. This sweet drink is perfect to quench your thirst on a warm and sunny day. Thambili can be found across the island and it is not a seasonal fruit.

There are different types of Anodha fruits; the most common one is Katu Anodha. The fruit’s interior can be eaten, once the hard shell is cut open.
