Otaru Canal

The Sushi Street
Otaru’s love of sushi is hardly surprising given its long-time fishing industry but you can only truly experience it at the Otaru Sushi Street just a short distance from hotels like Grand Park Otaru. Mt Tengu
This mountain is one of Otaru’s most scenic spots, no matter which time of day you visit. Accessible via the Tenguyama Ropeway, the summit is particularly worth visiting at night, when the panoramic views reveal a softer side of Otaru, bathed in the gentle glow of lights.
