The famous Huashan Mountain, often referred to as the Flower Mountain, is situated 120 km to the east of Xi’an and is a well-known tourist destination. If you take a left turn to reach Sunrise Peak, you will have the opportunity to admire the early morning sunrise from this point. Many visitors choose to turn right instead and explore Lotus Peak. In fact the entire site derived its name from this summit which is said to resemble a lotus blossom in bloom. Visitors have the option of taking the gondola, crossing a deep valley to the highest summit of all, Landing Wild Goose Peak.
